PWI EQUITY STATEMENT:

ENSURING OPPORTUNITIES FOR ALL

Premium Waters is committed to advancing equity, diversity, inclusion, and fairness in all forms.

We at Premium Waters, Inc. believe that labels belong on bottled water, not people. Premium Waters has been and continues to be committed to cultivating a culturally inclusive workplace that hires, trains, and promotes regardless of race, color, national origin, sex, sexual orientation, genetic information, gender identity, age, religion, disability, political beliefs, veteran status, or any other federal, state, or local protected class. We will continue to strive to foster an environment that celebrates differences in our teams at all PWI locations. We recognize that a diverse and inclusive workforce results in better decision-making, faster and more innovative problem solving, and creates a safe and welcoming environment for everyone.

OUR DEI STRATEGY

For Leadership: All PWI managers complete a comprehensive 40-hour training program that contains online training, diversity exercises, and written assignments. It’s important for our leadership to undergo this training to:

ENHANCE OUR TALENT POOL

by opening our employees’ eyes to bias and ways to overcome bias, which helps to promote a harmonious and inclusive workplace culture

ENSURE THAT EMPLOYEES FEEL VALUED AT WORK

LEARN TO EMBRACE DIVERSITY

knowing that bringing together people with different backgrounds can lead to innovation and success for the business, as well as those that work at the business

FOR EMPLOYEES:

All PWI employees complete a course called Valuing Differences. The program highlights the principles of understanding, acceptance, and respect. Part of the course is online with exercises that identify implicit bias. The course is capped off with a moderated discussion on DEI in the workplace.

In addition, our DEI team facilitates training for a wider PWI audience that expands the depth of education the 40-hour course does not touch on. The training covers a wider history of topics that have led to the enhanced focus on diversity, equity, and inclusion. The goal of this education is to provide a foundation for as many people as possible to understand the expansive backgrounds of our company’s employees.
